Bannerughatta Biological Park (BBP) is delighted to be hosting Zoo Club 2024 to inspire young minds to connect with nature, wildlife and work towards conservation of the same. This will be a 15-week program, conducted on Sundays starting from 13th October 2024 for students from 10 to 18 years. The sessions will be conducted from 10 am to 1 pm, with a maximum of 60 students’ intake and includes theory classes and field visits.
Topics covered include captive management, in situ and ex situ conservation, animal care, behavior and welfare. It also provides members an opportunity to interact with experts in the field and to explore careers in nature and wildlife conservation. Interested candidates can register through the application form available below. Registration fee is ₹.1000/- however registration fee will be waived off for government school children. Deadline for registration is 4th October 2024 and registration form will close once 60 students enroll.

Bannerughatta Biological Park Bengaluru is conducting internship programme for the veterinary students every year. Students from Bangalore, Pondicherry and Bidar Veterinary College were undergone internship programme for one week period in the zoo under the guidance of experienced zoo veterinarians, The main issues covered are management concept, treatment including tranquilization, behavioral studies and feeding aspects.
Bannerughatta Biological Park Bengaluru is conducting "Wildlife Awareness & Education Programs" for school students to promote environmental awareness among the school students.

Bannerughatta Biological Park Bengaluru of late has given importance for various signage to create awareness and to provide information to the public. Display of signage and label to avoid confusion among the visitors. Erections of interpretative signage in front of animal enclosure and route map along with the visitors route. Signage provides information, warning message, direction, slogans and other administrative matters of the zoo.
